二、產品概述 Product General:


    SUN-NGR系列(組合式)中性點接地電阻裝置適用于3~66KV以電纜線路為主的城市配電網、大型工礦企業、機場、港口、地鐵等重要電力用戶的配電網以及發電廠發電機和廠用電系統。

    產品電阻元件采用原裝進口或國產優質鎳鉻合金電熱金屬材料,具有耐高溫、抗氧化性能力強、抗拉強度高、電阻率高及阻值穩定等優良特點,尤其是在高溫1000℃下仍然能夠保持良好的電熱金屬性能,產品運行安全、可靠。

    根據不同的接線方式或客戶需求,可配置環氧樹脂澆注干式接地變壓器、零序電流互感器、單相隔離開關、電阻器在線監測裝置、加熱器以及溫濕度控制器等。

    SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistors are applied to:

    The components of SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistors are made of special stainless steel electric-heat metal imported from US.They are with outstanding characters such as high temperature-resistant capability,excellent anti-oxidation performance,strong tensile characteristics,high resistivety and stable resistance value,what’s more,it can sustain elec-tric and thermodynamic performance even under 1000℃,which enables safe and reliable operation.

    According to different connection mode or various customer requests,we can provide epoxy resin to cast dry type transformers,zero sequence current transformers,single-phase discon-necting switches,heater and thermo/humidity controllers etc.

三、產品特點 Performance Features


    SUN-NGR系列中性點接地電阻元件采用電阻專用、特殊配方的不銹鋼合金制造,其主要性能特點有:

    □耐受高溫:熔點為(1375-1500℃),最高使用溫度1000℃;

    □抗拉強度高:抗拉強度700Mpa,在900~1000℃高溫下,機械強度基本保持不變;

    □電阻率高:電阻率為1.25μΩ.m,有利于減小電阻元件尺寸;

    □阻值穩定:電阻溫度系數1.05х10-4Ω/℃,在高溫情況下阻值變化很小,有利于保證保護的靈敏度;

    □抗氧化能力強:在1000℃左右的高溫下仍能保持良好的抗氧化性能。適宜于污染嚴重的環境;

    □高韌性:在溫度劇烈變化的運行條件下,仍保持良好的韌性,不易斷裂;

    □類型齊全:按照通流能力的大小,有帶狀、柵格型、螺旋繞線型、肋形繞線型、平滑繞線型等多種結構類型電阻元件;

    SUN-NGR series neutral grounding resistor components are made of stainless steel alloy that is composed of special composition and used specially for neutral grounding resistor. The primary characteristics are as follow:

    □High temperature-resistant: The melting point is at 1375~1500,and its max working temperature is 1000℃.

    □Strong capacity of tensile strength: The intensity is at 700 Mpa, and mechanical intensity keeps constant at the high temperature of 900~1000℃.

    □High resistivity: The resistivity is 1.25Ω.m, which is propitious to reduce the size of resistor component.

    □Stable resistance value: The resistance temperature coefficient is 1.05×10/℃,resistance value increase at high temperature is little, that is good for the sensitivity of protection.

    □Resister modularized: Each type resistor are made of standard components, by series connection or parallel connection to achieve kinds of parameters, elements can be replaced easily.

    □Optimal heat-dissipation design: The cabinet structure possess the optimal cooling air current passageway. The effect of heat dissipation is very good and there are no local overheat spots and burn spots.

九、  產品結構 product structure


    □ 標準設備包括不銹鋼電阻元件、支撐絕緣子、絕緣套管、內部連線和柜體等。電阻柜的設計、制造全過程嚴格執行ISO9001體系進行質量控制;

    □ 不銹鋼電阻元件、支撐絕緣子、絕緣套管、內部連線嚴格按照相關技術規范裝配、連接,并經過出廠質檢和出廠試驗;

    □ 柜體底部加工有電阻接地端引出電纜孔和二次控制電纜引出孔;

十一、組合式中性點接地電阻裝置 Combined neutral grounding resisters device


    組合式中性點接地電阻裝置集電阻柜、接地變于一個柜內,中性點接地電阻選用優質不銹鋼合金接地電阻元件,接地變壓器則選用DKSC系列低損耗、抗短路沖擊能力強的環氧樹脂澆鑄干式接地變壓器,并可根據客戶需求裝設零序電流互流器、隔離開關。

    產品優點明顯,結構緊湊、節約占地面積,布置方式靈活、不受場地限制,安裝方便。特別適用于舊站改造和城市市區新建變電站。

十二、發電機中性點接地電阻裝置 Neutral grounding resistor for generators


    主要作用Primary functions

    □ 限制故障接地電流,防止發電機鐵芯燒損;

    □ 限制暫態過電壓在2.5倍額定相電壓以下;

    □ 抑制諧振過電壓;

    □ 限制單相接地故障電流不超過(10~15)A;

    □ 提高發電機接地保護的靈敏度,使保護配置更方便。

    常用接線方式Mode of connection

    A、發電機中性點經一單相變壓器高壓繞組接地,小阻值的接地電阻接在單相變壓器的二次側;

    B、發電機中性點直接經高電阻接地。

    A.The generator is grounded through a signal phase transformer, a low resister element is connected to the secondary side of the transtormer.

    B.The generator is directly grounded through high resister device.

十四、智能型中性點接地電阻裝置在線監測系統Realize the real time monitoring of operation parameter of neutral grounding resistor fill in the gaps in the field of monitoring of substation automation


    隨著城市化進程的加快及電力系統的電纜線下地改造工程的提速,城市電網電纜化程度越來越高,電阻的應用正越來越廣泛。但電阻柜在運行過程中因故障瞬間電流值和溫度的變化非常大。傳統中性點接地電阻裝置均沒有采用任何監測設備對電阻柜的實時運行參數進行監測,日新電氣特別推出了可以監測中性點接地電阻裝置運行參數、特別是系統單相接地故障瞬間電流和溫度變化的智能型中性點接地電阻裝置,及與之配套使用的在線監測系統,填補了中性點接地電阻裝置在配電系統運行的監測盲點,提高了系統運行的安全可靠性,同時滿足了現今變電站對于無人值守的發展要求。

    With the quick development of city power distribution network,the power cable is used more and more in the distribution system。 The neutral grounding resistor are widely used in power distribution system。The current and temperature on resistor rises suddenly during grounding fault。When there is intermittent arcing grounding fault ,the fault current will accumulate。there is no monitoring devices to monitor the current and temperature in conventional neutral grounding resistor equipment。The neutral grounding resistor monitoring device is designed specially for fill this gap。This device will prolong the operation life for neutral grounding resistor and improve the reliable of  power distribution system。It will also meet the requirement of development of unattended substation。

   在線監測系統的功能特點Function of SUN-NGR-JCX

    SUN-NGR-JCX在線監測系統集數據采集、控制、告警、通訊功能于一體,在系統正常運行時可監視中性點不平衡電流、電阻片的溫度(最高溫度可達到1000℃);單相接地故障時,可記錄電阻電流大小、接地時間、電阻片的溫度變化和接地動作次數并帶RS485通訊接口,以MODBUS規約將檢測、記錄的信息傳遞至主控室或微機單元,實現遠程監控。

    SUN-NGR-JCX integrates the functions of data acquisition、control、alarm and communication。Strong data acquisition and processing function:temperature and current measurement;variation of current and temperature in the moment of fault。

    Communication function:makes communication with computer control and monitoring system by standard RS485 communication interface and provides MODBUS  high safety ,good reliability。

十五、產品安裝 Resistor Installation


    使用叉車將設備運抵安裝現場,取下固定墊木的螺栓,

    小心開箱取出設備,拆包裝時應防止損壞外殼或頂部安裝的套管,建議在拆除包裝箱時,包裝材料和包裝箱的底座不拆,這樣可以防止在搬運中造成損壞;

    使用叉車時應注意使叉車對準底殼的角鋼處,以免損壞底網;

    如果場地空間較小可采用吊車吊到安裝點,電阻柜頂部設有吊裝螺栓;如果設備較大且配電室門較小,在訂貨時可訂購可拆卸式,但應在購銷合同中說明;

    本產品安裝地點可以是戶內也可以是戶外,可安裝于專用基礎、混凝土臺或變壓器的附近的支撐臺上,也可直接安裝在變壓器的頂部;電阻柜應水平安放,這樣可以保證電阻防水進入、足夠通風及防止絕緣子不必要的損壞;

    通過柜底四腳的螺栓孔(Ф16mm)用地腳螺栓固定在基礎上,若安裝于混凝土基礎上,建議采用膨脹螺栓來固定;

    電阻元件接地端通過單芯電纜與接地網連接接地,電纜的一端自下而上經柜底電纜孔接入電阻柜,做好電纜頭,與電阻元件接地端或零序電流互感器輸出端可靠連接,電纜在穿孔處要用電纜護圈(已備有)保護,并加以封賭。電阻柜的進線端用單芯電纜或銅排與接地變或變壓器的中性點引出端子可靠連接;

    電阻接地一般用銅排或電纜與公共接地網可靠牢固連接,銅排或電纜的規格根據實際情況確定;

    電流互感器二次輸出采用控制電纜接入設計指定間隔的零序保護和測量表計;

    檢查、緊固柜內所有固定及連接螺栓,保證固定牢固,連接可靠;

    ◎ Deliver the equipment to field by forklift ,remove screw of fixed cushion chock ,unpack and take the equipment out , When unpack, be sure to avoid any damage on cabinet and bushing .A way to prevent damage during the transiting is to keep the base of packing material and package in unpacking ;

    ◎ In using the forklift, make sure that the forklift directs against angle steel of bottom shell, so as to avoid bottom net damage;

    ◎ In case that the space  is limited ,use crane to lift the resistor to the installation site since the lifting ring is available on top of the resistor ;In case that the equipment is bigger than the door of  electric power distribution room, order disassembly type and specify in sales contract clearly;

    ◎ The installation location of resistor can be both indoor and outdoor ,it can be installed either on special base, concrete platform and stand-off platform near transformer ,or on top of the transformer directly; the resistor should be placed horizontally, so as to be ventilated and protected against water and unnecessary damage of insulator;

    ◎ Fix the resistor to the base with ground bolt through the bolt hole ( |μ16mm) on bottom of the resistor .To install the resistor on platform of the concrete base ,plug-screw is recommended;

    ◎ The grounding end of resistor component connects with grounding point of power grounding net through single core cable. Lead one end of cable to connect with grounding end of the resistor component or exit terminal of zero sequence current transformer through the cable hole is on bottom of the resistor and the cable hole in it should be protected by protection ring which is already available there. Then seal the cable hole. At the coming end of the resistor ,use single core cable or copper bar to connect with neutral terminal of transformer or grounding transformer;

    ◎ Generally, the resistor is connected with common grounding net by copper bar or cable ,the specification of copper bar and cable depends on the specific case . The connection should be reliable and steady;

    ◎ Secondary outgoing of  current transformer to be connected to designed relevant bay on control system for zero sequence protection and meters through control cable;

    ◎ Check and fasten all fastening and connecting screws inside the cabinet, so as to ensure sound fastening and reliable connection ;

    ◎ Remove the 2 fastening bolts of each resistor component, please refer to figure 5;

    ◎ The cabinet should be grounded reliably through grounding bolt to protect staff against injury.

十六、檢查試驗 Inspection and Test


    當設備可靠就位后,打開帶銘牌的前面板,檢查柜內設備和接線情況,并注意以下事項:

    ●帶電前所有包裝材料必須從箱內取出,以避免發生火災;

    ●仔細檢查絕緣子、套管等有否破損,若發現破損件,應立即與運輸商聯系;

    ●檢查所有電氣連接,確認連接牢固可靠;

    ●所有固定螺栓是否全部緊固;

    ●投運前試驗、測量電阻元件的阻值、測量絕緣電阻、按規定標準進行工頻耐壓試驗。試驗電壓不大于出廠試驗電壓值的85%;

    ●還原裝好柜體前板,標準投運。

    After the placing the equipment ok,open the front plonte that is with nameplate to check the status of internal equipment and connection,as well as give notice to the following items:

    ◎All packing material should be removed from the box before power on in case there is fire;

    ◎Inpect whether the insulator and bushing are in good condition or not ,if the damage is found,contact forwarder at once;

    ◎Check all the electric connection to guarantee the connection is secure;

    ◎Check whether all fastening screws are tighten;

    ◎Measure the resistance value and insulation resistance, test the power  frequency withstand voltage in accordance with the criterion. The testing voltage cannot exceed 85% of the factory tested voltage;

    ◎Close the front plate and get ready for operation.

十七、產品維護 Maintenance


    ●接地電阻柜屬高可靠性設備,不需額外維護,建議利用站內主變或母線停電檢修的機會進行檢查維護,檢查維護時必須嚴格執行安全操作規程和安全工作規范;

    ●將電阻柜從系統上斷開;

    ●取下前面板,直接查看箱內有無異常;

    ●進行清潔處理;

    ●檢查有無破損的絕緣子和套管,用搖表確認瓷套絕緣性;

    ●檢查電阻元件的完好性,測出電阻值,其值應在10%誤差以內;

    ●檢查內部連接是否可靠;

    ●檢查螺栓的緊固程度;

    ●對于雷電、風暴、地震、過載等可能會造成電阻元件損壞的特殊情況,建議工作人員及時做相應的檢查;

    ●需要備件和協助時,請與我公司的售后服務處聯系。我司將盡快(省內24小時、省外48小時)派員到現場服務。

    ◎Grounding resistor obtains high reliability and the special maintenance is not required.lt is sug-gested implement maintenance while the main transformer or bus on the power station is power off to overhaul.The maintenance should strictly comply with security operation regulation and security operation criterion;

    ◎Disconnect resistor from the system;

    ◎Remove the front plate to check status inside;

    ◎Clean;

    ◎Check whether there is damaged insulator or bushing,check the insulation performance of the porcelain bushing by megameter;

    ◎Check integrity of the resistor component,measure the resistor value and make sure that the deviation is controlled within 10%;

    ◎Check the internal connection reliability;

    ◎Check the fastening status of screw;

    ◎In case of thunder ,storm,earthquake,overload that may cause damage to the components of resistor,staff should do corresponding inspection on the equipment.

十八、包裝、運輸及貯存 Packing,Transportation,Storage


    ●本產品裝箱時應按正常位置放置于枕木上,并用螺栓緊固;

    ●柜體罩上發泡塑料,以防止運輸或存儲過程中灰塵或水汽侵入;

    ●建議采用原包裝將設備運抵安裝現場,以防止在運輸中可能出現的損壞;

    ●為防止運輸過程中電阻松動,專門以緊固帶加以固定;

    ●用板條釘箱;

    ●在電阻柜包裝箱上清楚地標明交貨地點,設備名稱和運輸重量等;

    ●所有包裝箱均可用叉車裝入通用貨柜中;

    ●貨到后,應用叉車或吊車卸貨;

    ●卸貨前應加以檢查,以確定運輸過程中貨物安全無損。

    ◎The package should be placed on sleeper by normal position and fastened by bolt;

    ◎The cabinet should be covered with foam to be protected against dust and vapor during the transportation;

    ◎Keep the equipment in its original package when deliver to installation field,so as to prevent it from possible damage during the transportation;

    ◎Fix it with fastener to prevent it from resistor looseness during the transportation;

    ◎Seal the box with lath;

    ◎Indicate delivery place, equipment name,weight etc on the packing box clearly;

    ◎All the boxes can be lifted to the common container by forklift;

    ◎Unload the goods with forklift or crane after its arrival;

    ◎Inspect the goods after unloading to make sure that the goods is in good condition.

    客戶訂購中性點接地電阻裝置時,請提供與產品有關的下列資料:

    b、短時允許電流:(A);

    c、標稱電阻值:(Ω);

    d、允許通流時間:(S);

    e、接地變容量:(kVA)(或短時允許電流:A);

    f、外殼形式:戶內型或戶外型;

    g、外殼顏色:客戶可選,如用戶無要求,則采用電器灰;

    h、進出線方式:上進下出、下進下出、側進側出、側進下出,客戶可選;

    i、柜內是否裝隔離開關及零序CT,CT變比及容量;

    j、客戶有其它要求可在訂貨時面談或提供書面要求。
